Energifonden has resolved to issue four new interest-bearing bonds.
Energifonden has resolved to issue four new interest-bearing bonds.
The new interest-bearing bonds are subject to the following general terms:
Interest-bearing bond with an annual interest rate of 6% and a maturity of 2 years
Interest-bearing bond with an annual interest rate of 7% and a maturity of 3 years
Interest-bearing bond with an annual interest rate of 8% and a maturity of 4 years
Interest-bearing bond with an annual interest rate of 9% and a maturity of 5 years
The interest-bearing bonds may be subscribed for during the period 22 June – 10 July 2026.
More information about the interest-bearing bonds, including the applicable terms and information memorandum, will be published in close connection with the subscription period.
