Energifonden has made a new investment through a new fuel project.
Energifonden's vision through this project is to become experts in fossil-free biofuels and, in addition, trading in emissions rights.
Energifonden has initially dedicated SEK 50 million to the project in the form of working capital and guarantees.
The project will primarily work with trading, storage of biofuels and trading in emissions rights for the European market.
Energifonden has recruited Mikael Eriksson, former CEO of Topoil (BunkerOne Sweden), who with his many years of experience and knowledge in the fuel sector will now drive and develop this new project for Energifonden.
"I feel incredibly blessed and grateful that Mikael is now on board Energifonden's new fuel project, and look forward to the future of being able to be part of the transition to fossil-free fuels that Energifonden has also made through previous investments"
Fredrik M. Johansson CEO and owner, Energifonden Sverige AB
